PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This piece of jail furniture has a 10-gauge steel bunk pan, with front and rear flanges. All joints are welded and ground smooth. The wall mount bunk comes with the same standard finish, and custom options are available.

DIMENSIONS:
Bunk Pan: 10 ga steel, front & rear flanges formed up 2”, with 1” hem to create a 1/4” thick section
27”x80” pan size. Perforate pans w/ 8- 1” dia holes for ventilation.
End Brackets: 7 ga steel end brackets, welded to pan. 29” deep x 12” high w/ 2” wall flange. Bracket holds bunk pan 2” off wall
Embed plates: Field weld brackets to 7 ga x 4”x14” steel plates cast into wall w/ 10 ga x2”x4 1/2” anchors
2 embeds per bunk
